Schedule for March 13 & 14 (11AM - 2AM next day)
11:00 - Doors Open (vendors, cafe, restaurant, bar, deco station are all open)
13:00 - Dance Performances & Random Dance Play (1 hour)
18:00 - Vendors wrap up, some vendors may leave earlier to watch the concert
18:00 - Event guests can stay to hangout, while we change the layout for the after party set-up
22:30 - After party kick off, people will start to arrive from concert
23:00 - Dance performances
23:30 - DJ Set will kick off
02:00 - Wrap up
02:30 - Event close
FREEBIES: Scarf and souvenir ticket for first 1000 ticket holders
If you bought eventbrite tickets before March 6 10AM EST (New York time), you are guaranteed to get the scarf and souvenir ticket. Please claim them from 11am - 5pm, and 10pm - 11pm during both days. A desk will be by the door with a sign "Claim early bird freebies here."

FAQs
Will tickets be available at the door? Yes, but only from 11am - 12 noon, only tickets for the same day will be sold. We reserve the right to stop selling, if venue gets too crowded.
Will there be any exceptions to additional tickets, say if I DM you and explain why I really need it? No, we've reached the safe capacity for the venue, if we continue to sell tickets, we will get a violation from the fire department.
Can I cancel my tickets? Yes, Refunds up to 1 day before event
I have an issue my ticket, missing email notification etc? Please contact eventbrite support - https://www.eventbrite.com/help/en-us/
Is the event all ages? Yes, both pre-concert and after party are for all ages. We will ID for alcoholic drinks 21 and up.
Can I pop in / out of the event anytime? Yes your ticket for the day is valid from 11am - until after party.
Can I switch my tickets from Friday to Thursday or vice versa? No, each day has its own capacity limit being tracked separately.
Do I need an appointment to get tattoos? No, it's first come first serve. There will be a waitlist sheet for the same day service.
Can I get a custom tattoo design that is not on the flash sheet? Most likely no, but you can try to negotiate this with the tattoo artists onsite.
Do I need an appointment for Glam Vendors e.g. Hair / Make up? No, it's first come first serve. There will be a waitlist sheet for the same day service.
Can I sign up on the waitlist to book a glam/tattoo vendor for the next day? No, the wait list sheet is only for the same day.
What does the admission ticket include? Admission to the event nothing else, however if you bought your tickets before March 6 10AM EST (New York time) you get a free scarf & souvenir ticket.
How will I know if I am getting the scarf freebie? If you bought your eventbrite tickets before March 6 10AM EST (New York time) you can claim your free scarf and souvenir ticket onsite from 11am - 5pm, 10pm - 11pm.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible? Yes, there is also an elevator onsite.
What time will the after party start? Immediately after Hobi's concert, once people arrive onsite around 11pm.
Will the venue remain open while concert is ongoing? Yes, you can stay and order food. We will be re-arranging some furniture to prep for the after party so be ready for a little chaos.
Can I bring my service dog? Yes, no ticket required.
What is the best way to get to the venue? Subway to avoid traffic, type Hana House in google maps for detailed directions.
How far is the venue from Barclays Center? 20 min walk or 2 subway stops.
Will there be a themed cupsleeve if I order a drink? No.
